GIRL’S GATHERING

On October 27th, 2024, the Satna team organized an insightful event: an Islamic girl’s gathering, courtesy of “The Lovers of Allah” group, inspired by the Dawah Motivation Community. The event aimed to address the knowledge gap and dispel rumors about Islam among today’s youth.

We extend special thanks to the Satna team for their support and encouragement. We also appreciate sisters Raziya, Kaynat, and Ismat for their wonderful hosting. Their hospitality and commitment to uniting the community made the event truly memorable. Other contributors, including sisters Sadiya, Afreen, and Reena, played significant roles.

PRIOR TO THE EVENT

Our dedicated team worked tirelessly, managing invitations, funds, themes, and food. This preparation phase was filled with fun moments and team bonding opportunities.

Notable contributions included:

• A brother handling hall booking, seating, and water cooler arrangements.
• Sister Raziya collaborating with sisters Kaynat and Ismat on engaging content.
• Sister Reena designing invitations and posters.
• Sister Kaynat and a volunteer managing games.
• Sister Ismat and two volunteers organizing food and gifts.
• Sister Sadiya handling decorations with a volunteer.
• Sister Afreen handling photography and videography.

THE DAY OF THE EVENT

On October 27th, 35 guests gathered at Satna’s Green Empire Hotel, despite inviting 40.

The event began with an introduction game, followed by activities like “Cup selection” and “Passing the Pillow game”, fostering interaction and Islamic knowledge.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

• “Grasp Islam in a Better Way”: Satna’s team presentation emphasized Islam’s value, referencing Quranic verses and Hadith.
• “Being Kind and Polite with Each Other”: The introduction game promoted respectful interaction.

FEEDBACK

The event’s success was evident in the positive feedback. Members shared their thoughts, and the team’s hard work paid off. As attendees departed, they took with them knowledge, gifts, and cherished memories.
